The Association of Divorce Financial Planners (ADFP) is an independent and not-for-profit professional membership organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the practice of divorce financial planning.  We support the most dedicated and experienced expert financial practitioners who are recognized and respected by their peers as leaders in this field.  

Our mission is to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards, and advance the cause of making financial planning an integral part of every divorce. We are thought leaders in our field, developing protocols, ethics and standards for practitioners that are recognized by nationally and internationally accredited organizations. The ADFP has 150 full practitioner members who have collectively served thousands of clients. Many of our members develop long-term financial planning and investment advisory relationships with their clients.
