ADFP Announces MentorLink 2023
MentorLink is an intense 10-month course is designed for divorce financial professionals, including CDFA®, CFP®, and CPAs who wish to become more knowledgeable in the areas of divorce. In order to better serve clients who are going through this life changing event, a divorce practitioner must understand the financial, legal, psychological, and personal decisions that their clients must make and the implications that these decisions have for the planning process and life‘s transition.
If you’re ready to get serious about growing your business, MentorLink is for you. MentorLink pairs successful ADFP members with CFP® and CDFA® professionals and financial advisors looking for support and guidance. Mentees meet monthly with their mentor, attend virtual classes, develop clear goals and objectives, and are held accountable for their results. Expect some discomfort, but the results to be well worth it. MentorLink is scheduled to begin on February 27, 2023 and applications for mentorship are currently being accepted. The deadline to submit an application for mentorship is February 13, 2023.
Upon completeion of the MentorLink program, mentees will have the tools and strategies to help build the practice of their dreams - greater confidence, increased competency, better networking skills, and the tools to grow their divorce financial planning practice.
