ADFP Welcomes Sandra Giudici and Denise French to the Board of Directors
The Association of Divorce Financial Planners (ADFP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandra Giudici and Denise French to its Board of Directors. Both bring deep professional experience, long-standing commitment to the divorce financial planning profession, and a shared passion for advancing best-in-class practices for ADFP members.
Sandra Giudici, MBA, CDFA®, CTS®, ChSNC®
A member of ADFP since 2020, Sandra has been an active participant in the organization, regularly attending Eastern and Western Support & Development meetings and multiple ADFP Annual Retreats. Her involvement reflects a strong commitment to continued learning, collaboration, and engagement within the divorce financial planning community.
Sandra has worked on several hundred divorce cases spanning a wide range of complexity, from bankruptcy matters to ultra–high-net-worth cases, and has served in roles as an advocate, neutral, mediator, and collaborative professional. Her experience across mediation, litigation, and collaborative practice gives her a well-rounded perspective on the diverse challenges ADFP members face in different jurisdictions and practice models. She also brings the valuable perspective of having personally navigated the dissolution litigation process.
Sandra holds a BS in Business from Oakland University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. In addition to her CDFA® designation, she holds the CTS® and ChSNC® credentials, is trained as a mediator, and has earned an Advanced Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including ADFP, IDFA, FPA, and NAPFA.
Sandra is especially interested in advancing educational and thought-provoking topics that enhance the expertise of ADFP members and help elevate the profession nationwide.
Denise French, CDFA®, EA, MAFF, CVA, ABV, CRPC
Denise has been a member of ADFP for several years and joins the Board with extensive leadership experience from other professional organizations, including prior board service with the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). She currently serves as an IDFA Ambassador and is eager to deepen her engagement with ADFP.
An IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), Denise holds numerous advanced credentials, including Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). She is also an Investment Advisor Representative, Collaborative Law Financial Expert, and trained mediator.
Throughout her career, Denise has provided financial expertise on hundreds of divorce and family law cases across multiple Texas counties and has testified in several jurisdictions. Her work includes business valuation, separate property tracing, characterization, and general financial expert services for family law attorneys. She is also affiliated with Intentional Wealth Partners as an Investment Advisor Representative.
Denise brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership experience that will support ADFP’s mission and help guide the organization as it continues to grow.
